Welcome to the GX Coin Protocol. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the GX Coin Protocol ("the Foundation", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms govern your access to and use of the GX Coin Protocol's official website located at https://gxcoin.money (the "Website"), our official wallet applications (the "Wallet"), and all related services, content, and functionalities (collectively, the "Services").

• GX Coin as a Utility: GX Coin is the native currency of the protocol, designed as a medium of exchange to facilitate productive economic activity. It is not a security, stock, or investment contract. The Foundation makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the present or future value of GX Coin, which is determined by the activity of its participants.

Account Creation: To use the Wallet, you must create an account. This requires you to undergo an identity verification process as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during this process.

Your Responsibility for Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and any recovery phrases. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The Foundation is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

Initial Endowment: Upon successful account creation, you may be eligible to receive a one-time initial endowment of GX Coin, as governed by the immutable rules of the protocol. This endowment is a grant to facilitate your participation in the ecosystem and is not an investment with an expectation of profit.

Transactions: The Wallet allows you to initiate transfer instructions on the GX Coin Protocol blockchain. You acknowledge and agree that all transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. The Foundation provides the interface to the protocol but does not control the blockchain and does not have the ability to reverse, cancel, or modify any transaction.

In connection with your use of the Services, you agree that you will not:

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Foundation regarding your use of the Services.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
